Administrative Coordinator: Jessica Lopez

Hi there! I’m the proud Administrator of Texas Care’s Katy office, where I have the joy of overseeing our incredible team, supporting our clients, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. My mission every day is to help our staff shine in their roles and ensure that the families we serve feel cared for, respected, and supported every step of the way.

With over 18 years of experience managing multi-million dollar businesses, I bring a strong background in leadership, operations, and people-first service to everything I do. But more than anything, I believe in the power of kindness, compassion, and connection—and I work hard to create a space where our staff and clients alike feel safe and valued.

Outside of work, I’m always chasing curiosity! I have a deep love for both astronomy and psychology, and I find joy in constantly learning something new. Whether I’m stargazing with my telescope or diving into a new article on child development, I’m happiest when I’m growing.

I’m also a proud mom of three amazing kids and the lucky human to a Maine Coon cat, two British Shorthairs, and two lovable dogs. Life at home is full of laughter, pet fur, and spontaneous adventures—which is just the way I like it. My family and I love to travel, explore new places, and make memories we’ll talk about for years.

Whether I’m supporting a staff member, helping a parent navigate services, or organizing a day at the office, I always lead with heart. I’m so proud to be part of the Texas Care family, and I’m here to make sure every client feels like they belong.
